One of the best parts about this, and why we will continue to do it, is because with each trip our kids walk away with new friends. Bartolome started with an early morning hike giving us views in every direction from the top of a volcanic island with tiny lava lizards living their best lives. It was an easy walk up 350+ steps with platforms along the way to take a break from the uphill climb to soak it all in.
